HIGH PERFORMANCE COACHING SESSION
The High Performance session is an interactive webinar style that complements the interview.It will focus on the most important areas of health in 40 points. The interview looks at theecosystem and habits that make up your daily life and have the greatest impact on your energylevels. During the session we will talk about benchmarks in the most important areas of health andteach you how to measure your health and lifestyle and how to build more refined habits.If you want to keep your standards high regardless of thepassage of time, you need to act wisely, according to specificgoals, and react to the littlest signs of decreased form.We'll show you how to do it!
Do you feel that you lack the energy to work at the beginning of the day?
Would you like to learn about exercises that will make you feel better after a long meeting or several hours of sitting at your desk? These sessions are just for you! 15 minutes of exercise at the workplace that will relieve your spine, make you feel better, and be more productive. You will experience an energy boost for about 2 hours and additionally burn up to 200 kcal. After the exercises, you will have a short lecture with the possibility of asking questions to the trainer. Together we will train for the whole month, then you should do similar exercises at least 3-4 times a week, preferably 10 minutes each day. Take care of your health and allow yourself this short break during working hours.

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE TEST
Take the test and find out if your current lifestyle is conducive to your health and well-being! The test was divided into categories corresponding to the four pillars of health. Together with the test result, you will receive information about which elements you are doing great and which you still need to work on. You will also learn which parts of the program can help you with this goal. You will get proven tips and tricks on how to get to the next level and work on a specific area in the long term, thanks to which your well-being will prominently improve.
On-line consultations with specialists. Consult a physiotherapist, psychologist or nutritionist individually for 20 minutes. You will be given a few questions to quickly identify the main goal or problem you want to solve. Then you will receive 1-3 key tips to help you achieve your goal. Back pain, high body fat, improved condition, muscle building and maybe the improvement of hormonal balance or the health of your children? All questions are welcome!
A webinar is a presentation accompanied by expert’s comments, as well as answers to your question from the chat. Every week it will be led by a different trainer specializing in health and prevention of civilization diseases. In this way, we try to improve awareness in important areas of health that affect, among others, regeneration, level of vitality, life energy, and that reduce the risk of civilization diseases.
